This is how it works...

Basic transfer and air brakeing

A carrier is sent from one station to another. You can see how a diverter switches pipelines to direct the carrier to its destination. When it reaches the end station, it's shown how the air brake works to swiftly slow down the carrier to a complete stop avoiding any damage to the items it carries.

Auto-unload

The Auto-Unload system allows you to send and receive materials without manipulating the carrier. After the material transfer is complete, the carrier automatically returns to its home station. The Auto-Unload system allows a complete integration with other automated systems such as laboratory or pharmacy.

Line Exchange

Installations with few lines use a line exchange arrangement to be able to send carriers from a station in line A to a station in line B or C. This video explains how the line exchange takes place.

Power Transfer

Large facilities that require many pipe lines benefit from the Power Transfer. This system is used to move multiple carriers simultaneously from one line to another. This translate to shorter transfer times and higher availability of the system for the users.

System design and engineering

We will be there with you in every step. From the design phase to an operating system with trained personnel.

In the project scope we will make sure we explore different alternatives so that you end with a system that will meet -and hopefully exceed- your expectations.

Afterwards, we will be there for any maintenance needs and in the rare event of a malfunction
